Chocolate "Pig-Out" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cake mix, butter and nuts.
    Press 1/2 to 3/4 of the mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake 6 minutes.
