Zucchini Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. canned milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Stir together all dry ingredients and the cheese.
    In a separate bowl beat together eggs, butter and milk.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add liquid ingredients to the dry flour mixture and stir just enough to moisten.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
    Makes 18 muffins.
