Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (scant)
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Stir first 8 ingredients until well mixed.
    Add cheese.
    Mix to separate particles of cheese.
    Combine buttermilk, melted butter and egg and beat well.
    Add to dry ingredients in just a few swift strokes, no more than 20 seconds.
    Mix will be lumpy.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Cook about 20 to 30 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven or until brown on top.
