Pauline'S Rice(From Pauline Youtsos) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 stick butter
1 c. converted rice, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Melt butter in a pan.
Add the rice and stir over low heat until the rice is browned.
(Be careful not to burn the butter.) Add the chicken broth after it has been heated to the boiling point.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and put a double layer of paper towels over the pan, under the lid.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
