Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar; then add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
    Add to mixture.
    Fold in carrots.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans for 30 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
