My Favorite Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed bananas
    3 Tbsp. sour milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts (I use pecans)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add bananas.
    Add sour milk and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Bake in loaf pan or miniature pans.
    If using 1 loaf pan, bake at 350\u00b0 or until done. If using smaller pans, bake about 45 minutes and loaf pan about 1 hour.
