Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
sour cream
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker crust
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Mix small amount of sour cream with sugar and vanilla.
Pour over cheesecake.
Bake 5 additional minutes.
