Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 boiled potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour melted margarine over.
    Top with Velveeta.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
