Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour 1 cup of batter through funnel into hot oil, making a circular motion.
    Turn when golden brown. Remove to paper towels.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
