Oriental Spaghetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut up
    5 oz. boiled ham, chopped
    scallions and tops, chopped
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 lb. vermicelli, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. coriander seed
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 scant tsp. hot chili oil
    also for color: snow peas, carrots, whatever
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil, sesame oil and sesame seed on medium heat until seed turn brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Serve chilled.
