2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream shortening and
sugar;
add
eggs
one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and milk alternately.\tAdd flavoring. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes in tube pan.
