Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
