Mexican Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 qt. water
    1 lb. Mexican cheese (Velveeta)
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until tender. Add soup and bouillon cubes and finish cooking. Turn heat down to simmer and stir in cheese.
