Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 or 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    20 cooked jumbo pasta shells or cannelloni shells
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Stuff shells and place on oiled baking pan.
    (Preferably olive oil.) Dot with spaghetti sauce.
    Cover with foil.
    Heat at 325\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until hot.
