Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

grease from frying chicken, steak or ham
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 c. milk
Preparation

After frying meat, remove all grease except about 1/3 cup leaving it and the drippings in skillet.
Add flour, stirring to prevent lumping.
Cook on medium-low heat until light brown.
Add milk, depending on the thickness desired.
Stir continually to avoid lumping.
Season to taste.
