Butter Pecan Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. butter pecan ice cream
    1 large container Cool Whip
    2 cartons instant coconut pudding
    1 can evaporated milk
    60 Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, softened
Preparation
    Mix ice cream and Cool Whip.
    In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk.
    Combine mixtures together.
    Mix well.
    Mix crackers and butter together.
    Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2/3 of cracker mixture.
    Pour ice cream mixture on top of crackers.
    Top with remaining crackers.
    Keep in freezer until 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
