Yeast Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
3 Tbsp. honey
2 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. cornmeal
1 c. unbleached flour
1 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine
first
3 ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
Add oil to yeast mixture.
Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients all at once.
Stir only until mixed.
Pour into sprayed

x 13-inch baking pan.
Smooth top with knife. Rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
