Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    2 lb. squash, steamed and mashed
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients.
    Pour into well greased casserole. Top with
    extra
    crumbs;
    sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
