German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    3 medium carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seed, salt and mustard.
    Boil for 1 minute.
