Cheddar Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grate cheese in a mixing bowl.
    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and paprika; beat well with electric mixer until well blended.
    Shape into a long roll, 2 inches in diameter.
    Roll log in pecans until it's well coated.
    Wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill overnight or until firm.
    Serve with crackers.
