Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine beef, rice, salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Place in baking dish. In a skillet, brown onions in butter. Add cream of mushroom, water, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meat balls. Cover baking dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until rice is tender.
