Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Generously grease bottoms only of two 9 x 5 x 3-inch baking pans.
    Beat all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, then beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Pour in pans.
    Bake until toothpick inserted in bread comes out clean, about 1 hour, in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Makes 2 loaves.
