Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. tart apples
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
Add flour and baking powder.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake in greased and floured pan (Bundt pan) at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
