Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix by hand sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Whip carrots into this.
    Then add dry ingredients.
    Bake in an 8 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    In some ovens it may take one hour.
