Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grape jelly
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 lb. smoked sausage (Hillshire Farm)
Preparation
    Mix grape jelly and mustard.
    Melt in crock-pot.
    Add sliced smoked sausage.
    Cook on low 1 to 2 hours.
