Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
