Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
Make deep well in center of dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, oil and thawed strawberries.
Pour into well.
Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Add pecans.
Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
