Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. shortening
1 tsp. chili powder
2/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. drained pintos
1 c. corn bread batter
1 can tomatoes
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in shortening.
Add seasonings and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer.
Add beans.
Pour meat mixture in greased casserole dish.
Top with corn bread batter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
