Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 or 5 eggs
    1 c. margarine, melted (2 sticks)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; add liquids, beaten eggs, melted margarine and buttermilk.
    Mix well; put in covered container and let set in refrigerator 24 hours before use.
    Bake as desired in 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    This batter will keep in refrigerator 2 or 3 weeks.
