Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can chopped kraut, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Mazola or Crisco oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    salt (a little)
    1 c. celery, chopped very fine
    1/2 c. onions, chopped very fine
Preparation
    Bring sugar, oil, vinegar, water, salt, kraut, celery and onions all together and boil.
    Set aside. Cool; add pineapple if you wish.
