Ingredients

3 c. mashed figs
6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
6 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash, peel and mash figs.
Place figs, Jell-O and sugar in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Lower heat and boil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
Pour into jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
Adjust lids.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
