Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh green bell peppers (may us 1 red)
    3 to 4 fresh cucumbers
    4 to 5 onions
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seeds
Preparation
    Thinly slice peppers, cucumbers and onions.
    Place in a one gallon container with a tight fitting lid. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seeds in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days before serving.
