Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green bell peppers
    12 red bell peppers
    3 onions
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onion.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
    Then drain and repeat process.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boiling point and simmer 15 minutes.
    Seal in sterilized jars.
