Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter until very fine.
    Stir in yeast mixture and enough buttermilk to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on a floured board and knead a few times for a smooth dough.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick and use cutter of your choice.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Cook in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
