Spaghetti My Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 large can cooked tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. thin spaghetti
Preparation
    In electric skillet, salt the bottom of the skillet and crumble meat and let brown (no need to add oil to skillet, ground beef has enough oil).
    Add onion, garlic and chili powder and stir.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir.
    Add oregano and Parmesan cheese.
    Use two knives to cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.
    Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
