Strawberries Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sq. strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
juice of 1 lemon
1 oz. dark rum

Preparation

Combine whole strawberries with sugar; chill.
Allow ice cream to soften (whip cream and fold into ice cream).
Add lemon juice and rum.
Pour over strawberries in individual serving dishes. Serves 10.
