Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large electric skillet.
Set control to 280\u00b0.
Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
At the end of 5 minutes, turn off switch and add marshmallows and peanut butter, then vanilla and stir until well blended.
Beat well and pour into pan greased with butter.
Set aside to cool.
Cut in 1-inch pieces.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 pounds.
