Skillet Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 to 6 pork chops (2 lb.)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation

In a large skillet, with a tight-fitting lid, brown chops in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Drain off excess fat.
