Meat Loaf Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese
hamburg
1 egg
Lipton onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In muffin tin, add meat loaf once it's all mixed; half fill each muffin tin.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over meat loaf.
Add remaining meat loaf mixture on top of cheese.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes.
