Parisian Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 lb. sausage
    3 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large green pepper
    2 large onions
    1 c. almonds
    9 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine. Cook sausage until pink is gone.
    Drain. Brown rice in sausage oil. Combine all ingredients and add water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is tender.
