Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    12 red peppers
    4 onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and cut the peppers in quarters.
    Remove stem, seeds and white membranes.
    Peel and quarter onions.
    Put all through food chopper.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 15 minutes; drain. Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
    Boil 20 minutes and pack immediately into hot, sterilized jars.
