Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 chicken breasts
1 onion, cut fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Boil the chicken until done.
Let cool and cut up in bite size pieces.
Add onion to butter and melt, then add chicken and let simmer 10 minutes.
Add soup and season to taste.
Let simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve over rice or dressing.
