Fried Egg Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork, cut into small cubes
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1/2 lb. string beans
    2 pieces potatoes
    1 carrot
    1 onion, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. cabbage
    salt to taste
    cooking oil
    lumpia wrapper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into thin strips and fry.
    Set aside.
    Cut vegetables into small pieces.
    Saute garlic, onion, pork and shrimp.
    Season with salt and stir; add 1/4 cup water.
    Cover and half cook it.
    Add fried potatoes; drain, then wrap.
    Fry until brown.
