Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cooper sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook elbows.
    Melt butter; add salt, mustard and onions. Blend well.
    Add milk; stir constantly until mixture comes to boil.
    Sauce will not be thick.
    Remove from heat; add cheese. Stir until cheese has blended into milk.
    Pour over elbows in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 30 minutes.
