Lobster, Avocado And Asparagus Saladvinaigrette And Lobster-Infused Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Whisk oils in slowly. Season with salt.
