Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Coat pecans with egg white; add cinnamon mixture.
    Coat nuts.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
