2 boxes frozen tiny peas
1 lettuce heart
10 small onions (pearl)
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. chervil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chicken base
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan; add the peas (slightly defrosted), peeled onions and the lettuce heart cut in shreds. Sprinkle parsley, chervil, sugar and salt over the peas and stir thoroughly until butter is melted well over the peas, then add chicken base in 1/4 cup water to the peas.
Heat thoroughly and add 1 tablespoon of butter and serve.
