Turkey Stuffing(10 To 12 Pound Bird) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
water and margarine (as stated on pkg.)
1 egg, not beaten
1 tsp. parsley
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. poultry spice
salt and pepper
1 lb. sausage meat
Preparation

Put bread stuffing in a large bowl.
Add lukewarm water, enough to make moist mixture.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add egg, parsley, onion, poultry spice, salt, pepper and sausage.
Mix sausage in, using hands to mix well.
Wash turkey cavity with warm water.
Shake salt into cavity and rinse with cold water.
Fill both ends with stuffing.
Sew with button thread.
Tie wings and legs together.
Place on greased rack in pan.
Place salt pork on turkey using toothpicks.
Add small amount of water.
Cover with lid or foil.
Baste 2 or 3 times while cooking.
Take foil off the last 3/4 hour of baking to brown well.
Bake in a 275\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven, 4 to 4 1/2 hours for 10 to 12 pound bird.
