Pistoleros - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large bag frozen broccoli, chopped
    Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
    18 to 24 pistoleros (long shaped rolls)
    butter and garlic (to brush on top)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add Tony Chachere to taste. Chop the broccoli finely. Drain meat and add broccoli and Velveeta cheese. Mix well. Set aside. Cut off one end of the roll; dredge out the inside of the roll to make a cavity. Stuff the roll with meat mixture. Brush the top of the roll with the garlic-butter mixture. Cook at 350\u00b0 until rolls are browned.
