Glorified Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. minced onion
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Boil until tender; drain.
    Soften cream cheese.
    Beat cheese and sour cream together until blended. Gradually add hot potatoes to mixture.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add seasonings.
    Put in 2-quart dish. Dot with oleo.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
